uploading:
Click the top "choose file" button and pick the file on your drive. You can upload up to 6 files at once by clicking successive "choose file" buttons. When you have chosen all your files, click the "upload files" button.

downloading:
Your file should be in the upper window.

At this time you must use the web interface, support for FTP clients such as Fetch or Windows FTP clients is coming soon.
